BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Tariffs . Tariffs are current and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking.
- Bookings . To secure your booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total tariff and is payable within seven (7) days after the booking is taken. The balance of monies is due two weeks prior to your arrival date. Please remember when settling your account, we accept credit card, cash, cheque or direct bank transfer.
- Arrival and Departure Times . Check-In 2:00pm on the day of arrival and the premises must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. We endeavour to provide a late checkout or early check in to enable guests to maximise their break, but this depends on whether there are other bookings.
- Cancellations. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. (less any nonrefundable booking fees from 3rd party websites, such as Vrbo or Airbnb). It shall also be a condition that all reservations remain subject to approval by the owner.
- Excess Cleaning. On departure it is requested that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. An additional charge will be incurred for removing rubbish scraps and any excess mess from the property and cleaning considered to be in excess of normal will also incur an additional charge. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will authorise the owner to deduct these costs.
- Pets. We are a pet friendly accommodation. Please bring your pets bed and toys.
- Personal Property. No responsibility is taken by the owners for guests personal property.
- Breakages, Damages, Loss, Replacement and Repair Costs. Guests are responsible for all breakages, damages, loss, replacement and repair incurred during the term of your occupancy. The Owner shall be at liberty to deduct the cost from your bond for any breakages, damages, loss, replacement or repair of any furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and all fixtures and fittings to the property.
- Functions. Your accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply. (no bucks/hens/schoolies parties) Care for our property and consideration to neighbours must be respected at all times.
- Noise. No loud noise after Midnight.
- Number of Guests. The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with the agent at the time of booking.
- Guests are requested not to smoke inside the premises.
- Guests are requested not to wear outside footwear inside and to wash off as much sand as possible before entering(We have provided a hose with a shower adapter next to the garage door)
- Cooking and cleaning of fish and crabs must be done outside on the BBQ(BBQ has a gas ring cooker)
